Parent portal KidsAdmin
We use KidsAdmin to communicate with parents easily and securely. Through the app you receive important updates, messages and information about your child's care.
You can also manage the schedule: requesting extra care days or reporting an absence is done directly through the app or the online environment. You will receive your PIN code from us in a separate email.
Parent committee
The parent committee consists of parents of children who attend our facility and forms the bridge between parents and the BSO. It represents the interests of children and parents and fosters communication between parents and staff.
An important task of the committee is contributing ideas and advice on policy and organisation: from health and safety to daily routines and the quality of care. By actively involving parents, the facility better matches the wishes and needs of its families.

On behalf of the municipality of Zoetermeer, the GGD Haaglanden health authority supervises compliance with the Dutch Childcare Act and visits locations, often unannounced, for inspections.
