What data we collect

Name and contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number when you fill in a form on this website. For an enrollment we also request the data needed to start the care, such as your child's name and date of birth, address details and emergency contacts.

We deliberately do not ask for your child's citizen service number (BSN) through this website. That happens later through a secure channel.

How we use the data

• To respond to your message or tour request.
• To process an enrollment and contact you about placement.
• To communicate with parents about the care (through the KidsAdmin parent portal).

Retention and sharing of data

We do not keep data longer than needed for the purpose for which it was provided, or as long as the law requires. We do not sell data to third parties and only share it with parties needed for our services, such as the KidsAdmin parent portal.

External services

The map on the contact page loads directly through Google Maps. When you open the contact page, data is therefore shared with Google. This website does not use any other tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To do so, email info@hetkompasplein.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
